Angela Brooks-Horn Psychology specialises in the assessment and treatment of adults with both clinical and non-clinical conditions.  Her approach is wholistic taking into account lifestyle, physical health, mental health and relationship factors. Where appropriate,  Angela takes a collaborative treatment approach with active communication with the clients’ GP, specialist physicians, allied health professionals and family members.

Angela has extensive experience in the following clinical conditions:-

Angela has an eclectic therapeutic approach with emphasis on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness-Based Therapies such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).  All of these approaches are evidence-based with emphasis on a heart-mind balance.
