Qualifications and Memberships
Angela Brooks-Horn has completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Macquarie University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Maquarie University. Angela graduated in 2013 from the Professional Training Course in Buddhism and Psychotherapy through the Australian Association of Buddhist Counsellors and Psychotherapists (AABCAP). She is a Registered Psychologist with the National Psychology Board and a registered Medicare provider.

Angela Brooks-Horn is a Registered Psychologist with over 18 years of clinical experience. She has worked for ten years in community mental health at Royal North Shore Hospital and has been in private practice for more than a decade. Angela has extensive experience in treating anxiety and depression, including post-natal depression, psychotic illnesses, eating disorders and personality disorders. Her therapeutic interests lie in mindfulness-based therapies, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
